How do I return a product?

At Gya Labs, we place importance on your experience and we value your feedback. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site that has been unopened or opened, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 30 days of receiving your item(s).

Please note that for any cases of returns, we require a Return Authorization Number. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Gya Labs as we endeavour to offer a fair return policy in all cases.

If you are returning an item(s), please ensure to include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for the refund. Also, to ensure that your returns are received by Gya Labs.

When can I expect my refund or exchange?

For any return(s), we will credit the refund amount back to the same way that you paid for the purchase within 3-7 business days once our warehouse has received your returned item(s).

Only the items specified in the original return request and confirmed by Gya Labs will be refunded. Extra products included in the return package unconfirmed in the return request, especially if from an order outside the return window, will not be refunded or returned.

Shipping fees are not eligible for refund. If the shipping was free, don’t worry! We won’t deduct any shipping charges from the refund if we shipped the product free to you and you did not pay for any shipping when placing the order.

What if my order was wrong or the product is damaged?

Please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and details of the incorrect or damaged product.
