Some of the most preferred essential oils are lavender oil, peppermint oil, and citrus essential oils like lemon, orange, grapefruit, etc. These essential oils have odor-eliminating properties that are appropriate for use in toilet bombs.
Step 3- Now, mist the essential oils on the dry mixture of baking soda and citric acid and continuously stir while spraying it. Make sure that the mixture does not fizz. It should be in damp condition so that it makes clumps.
Step 4- Now, take molds of any shape and fill and press the mixture in them. You can use different molds like bath bomb molds, muffin tins, cupcake molds, silicone molds, etc., of different shapes and sizes. You can also use an ice cube tray.

Step 1- Take 1/2 cup of baking soda, 1/2 cup of citric acid, and 1/2 cup of borax, and add and mix everything in a glass bowl. With the help of a wooden spoon, mix all the ingredients.
Step 2- Now, with the help of a spray bottle, spray water on the dry ingredients and start to knead. The mixture should be damp enough, like wet sand, to form clumps when squeezed together. Make sure not to add more water, or the mixture will start to fizz.
Step 3- Add essential oils of your choice to the mixture and mix them. You can add around 20 to 30 drops of essential oils.
Step 4- Now, fill the mixture in a mold and then press it.
Step 5- Now, put the bombs to dry for 10 hours to promote the evaporation of moisture from the mixture.
Step 6- Pop put the bombs from molds and store them in an airtight container. Your toilet bombs made with all-natural ingredients are ready for use. To use it, you need to simply drop one toilet bomb into the toilet bowl and let it fizz. Then after 10 minutes, flush the toilet. Then with the help of a toilet wand, scrape out the excess gunk.

Step 1- Take a glass bowl and add 1 cup of baking soda and 1/4 cup of citric acid. Stir the ingredients properly with the help of a wooden spoon.
Step 2- Add one tablespoon of liquid soap to the mixture and stir well. You can add any liquid soap, or you can add homemade liquid soap made using castile soap.
Step 3- Add the essential oils of your choice to add the extra scent.
Step 4- Take a silicon mold or a plastic mold and place the mixture in it.
Step 5- Let it dry for at least 10 hours or overnight.
Step 6- Pop out the bombs from mold. If the bombs are still damp, then you need to place the bombs on parchment paper sheets to dry them further. Then store it in an airtight container.
Step 7- Your DIY toilet cleaner made with natural ingredients and free from harsh chemicals, is ready to use. Just drop a toilet bomb in the toilet bowl, and the reaction between the baking soda and citric acid will make it fizz; then flush it after 10 minutes.
