Why blend essential oils?
Essential oils have unique aroma and therapeutic effects. By blending two or more essential oils one can create (or experiment with) unique aroma and enhance the therapeutic effects of aromatherapy.
Which essential oils mix well together?

How many essential oils can you blend?
There are several essential oils with their unique aroma. If you mix a lot of oils together, then the aromas will be lost. Professional aromatherapists recommend mixing not more than five essential oils in a blend.
How many essential oils can you diffuse at a time?
It is a regular practice to not exceed 3 to 4 essential oils in the diffuser at a time. Firstly, too many oils will ruin the effect of aromatherapy, and secondly, it will induce headache and nausea.
