This is why we’d recommend adding arnica oil to your DIY scrub; it works wonders for sensitive skin, leaving it feeling soothed and balanced instead of red and agitated.

To craft your own scrub, simply blend 1 cup of himalayan sea salt or brown sugar with 1 tablespoon of arnica oil and get ready to wash all your worries (and dead skin cells) away.

Arnica Oil For Bath Bombs

After intense workouts, nothing soothes body aches and invigorates the senses like a healing bath bomb. For the perfect post-gym ritual, here’s what you’ll need to create a nourishing arnica-infused bath bomb.

Ingredients:

  1. 4oz baking soda
  2. 4oz citric acid
  3. 8oz Epsom salt
  4. 1tbsp bentonite clay
  5. 4-5 tbsp of jojoba/apricot carrier oil
  6. 3 tbsp of arnica oil

Instructions:

  1. Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl, till it reaches the consistency of wet sand. If it’s too dry, add more oil. If it’s too wet, add more baking soda.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into an ornament mold for a perfectly round batch of bath bombs.
  3. Pop the mix into the freezer to harden them.
  4. When you’re ready, drop them into your warm bath.
